Working as a radiographer in the UK presents several opportunities both professional and social. Whether you're learning a new modality (we often have MRI training positions) or just taking off for a few weeks skiing in the French Alps between locums, RSG Australia can provide you with the radiography, radiotherapy or sonography employment to satisfy all of your needs.

  • Firstly you will need to apply to register with the Health Professions Council (HPC, formerly the CPSM). This process can take upwards from 4 months, so it is very important that you get your application in well before you plan to travel to the UK.   • Visa — No, not a credit card! Most Australians will need to have a visa in their passport in order to work in the UK. There are several types of visas including a Youth Mobility Visa, which allows you to work for 2 years, and an ancestry visa which provides a 5 year work visa if you have a grandparent born in the UK.
